1. The service

TelegramThemes is a free showcase of custom themes for Telegram on Android. Themes are applied through official Telegram t.me links inside the Telegram app. We are an independent fan project and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Telegram FZ-LLC.

2. Using the themes

All themes are free for personal use.
You may share links to themes and to the site.
Please don't re-upload our themes elsewhere and present them as your own work.

3. Artwork

Theme wallpapers include artwork and imagery whose rights remain with their original creators and owners; they are used here non-commercially for personalization purposes. If you are a rights holder and would like something removed, contact us and we will take it down promptly.

4. Accounts & conduct

You are responsible for activity on your account.
Don't post comments that are abusive, hateful, spam, or illegal. Don't impersonate others or attempt to disrupt the service.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post (comments, ratings, profile details). By posting, you give us permission to display it on the site as part of the service.

6. No warranty

The service and themes are provided "as is", free of charge, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep everything working, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the site to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves (for example, when creator uploads launch). Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
